Requirements for Use
Each and every customer must be at least (18) years of age and be able to conduct transactions with (SGB) You must be the actual legal owner of any and all of the precious metals of other items sold or attempting to be sold to (SGB) These items must be free of all claims, liens or encumbrances that affect your ability to sell it to us. You must be acting on your own behalf and not acting as an assignees, agent or representative. (SGB)may but not be required to request proof or documentation and compliance with the requirements in this agreement. 

Item Description
You agree to accurately describe each and every item that you send to us on a packing slip printed off our website or one that has been mailed to us by you. If at our sole discretion that there is any significant discrepancies on this packing slip regarding the items sent to us, we may at our discretion either terminate and return the items in its entirety with notice, or clarify by phone, email, or facsimile the discrepancy and adjust the packing slip accordingly and pay you based on that adjustment. If we choose to terminate and suspend this agreement your items will be returned to you via registered mail or other carrier at its sole discretion within 7 business days and you agree that we will only be responsible for insuring the value of your items up to $100. In the event the items returned to the customer are lost, the customer's sole remedy is to seek reimbursement via the insurance carrier and such losses and claims are subject to the terms and conditions of the insurance carrier and the policy purchased by (SGB) on the customer's behalf.

Limit of Liability
The limitation of liability shall be binding on each and every customer and any third party, including, but not limited to, the customer and the customers successors, assigns, insurance carriers and any other individual or entity asserting any right or claim relating to customers transaction with (SGB) Under no circumstances shall (SGB) be liable to a third party, including but not limited to any insurance carrier. (SGB) shall not be liable for any subrogation claim brought by customer's insurance carrier, customer specifically and expressly waives any such subrogation claim on his or her behalf as well on behalf of his or her insurance carrier.

(SGB) liability is and shall be expressly and specifically limited to the least of the following sums: 

1. The liquidation value of the entire contents received by (SGB) expressly in our sole discretion. 

2. The Entire sum $100.00

3. One third (1/3) of the appraised value of the item(s) according to an appraisal done by an independent accredited appraiser submitted by a customer/seller to (SGB), which appraisal was issued not more than 2 years prior to the shipment and not after shipment of the item(s) to us.

Verbal or Oral Offers 
You may request (SGB)to provide an e-mail or telephone quote for your items after they have arrived at our processing facility. You authorize any representative of ScrapGoldBuyers.com or (SGB) that any conversation and any verbal offer be recorded. Upon your acceptance, oral or written notice of the quote, you will be legally bound to the transaction and payment will be issued by (SGB) within twenty four (24) hours and you will not have any opportunity to return your check for refund nor receive your items back from (SGB) It is clearly understood by you the seller that once any acceptance of any offer by (SGB) the items you have sent will be refined and melted and is in no way recoverable. It will be gone forever. 

Items And Valuables Not Claimed For Over Sixty Days or 60 Days
(SGB) shall not be liable for any damages to any person or corporation with regards to Items or valuables unclaimed for a period of Sixty (60) Days or more from the date of receipt. It is the customer's sole responsibility to claim their items within this time frame.

Agreement To Indemnify ScrapGoldBuyers.com For Using This Website
By using www.scrapgoldbuyers.com by (SGB) a division of St. Lucie Jewelry, Inc., you agree to hold harmless (SGB) its directors, officers, agents and employees, from and against any and all claims, costs, expenses, and damages (including attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your access to this website.

Cash in Hand Program
By utilizing ScrapGoldBuyers.com's Cash in Hand program, the Customer agrees that any and all items sent to (SGB) shall become the immediate property of (SGB) after the purchase amount is wired by (SGB) to the Customer's designated bank account. It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide (SGB) with the following information so that the wire transfer may be made. This information may be providing us with a voided check.
(SGB) wire transfers will have the notification from St. Lucie Jewelry Inc.

3. Routing number
4. Account number
5. SWF code
