We are so sure you will accept our offer we will return your jewelry at our expense. **If you use our CASH in HAND option or accept the amount offered via phone or email, this indicates that you accept our offer and you are completely satisfied. Of course this will waive the 10 Day return period for your jewelry beacuse upon acceptance it will become unrecoverable as most jewelry is melted down and refined.
